Lunch and Learn

Many women who end up out of work for several years after having a child did not prefer or plan it that way. Recognising the entrepreneurial potential locked inside many such women, Taranaki parenting support organisation, Flourish, approached Doso with a proposal to host a program that provided a safe place to explore entrepreneurship.

The result is Make it Work, a business innovation incubation program that won Best Practice Award, Inclusive Development and Social Wellbeing, at the EDNZ Awards 2024. Program designers Tania and Dan will share their insights about the program and discuss its results.
